Grade 1 Math Skills Numbers: Serial Order

Topic: What is the serial order for numbers from 1 to 10

What is a serial order?

This means to arrange the numbers in order. For example; 2, 5,1,3,4 in serial order would

be 1,2,3,4,5.

Serial orders can be in Ascending numbers or Descending numbers.

Ascending order goes from smallest to largest and Descending numbers go from largest to smallest.

For the set of numbers 1,2,3,4,5  if we put them Ascending order it would be 1,2,3,4,5  and in Descending

order it would be 5,4,3,2,1.
