7 Scary Junk Food Side Effects | Eat This Not That
Junk Food is any food that has very little of the nutrients to keep our bodies healthy.
Some junk foods have a lot of salt or sugar. Too much salt in our diet is not healthy.
 It affects how our heart works and can lead to high blood pressure.
 We should avoid food that has too much salt sugar or fat.
It is important that we eat food from all the food groups. When we eat food from all the
six food groups in the right proportions we are eating a balanced diet.
 A person who does not always eat from all the food groups will become malnourished.
