It is wise to practice good hygiene. This means we should take care of our bodies to be
healthy.
Below are some tips on how to practice proper hygiene
1. Have a bath every day
2. Brush your teeth after every meal
3. Wash your hair, comb your hair every day.
4. Cover your food to keep away flies and other insects
5. Wash fruits and vegetables before you eat
6. Never put anything sharp or pointed in your ears. Pointed instruments can damage the
eardrum.
7. Do not listen to loud noise or allow anyone to shout in your ears.
8. Do not allow dirty water to get in your ears because germs can get into your ears and
cause an infection.
