15 Simple Exercises For Kids To Do At Home
When we exercise regularly it helps to keep our bodies fit and healthy.
It is important that we do our exercise. 
This helps:
1. Our heart muscles grow stronger and work better.
2. Strengthens muscles in arms, legs and stomach.
3. Burns fat from the body
4. Keeps you fit and active
Some exercises we can do are:
1. Walking briskly
2. Jogging
3. Skipping
4. Swimming
5. Cycling
6. Playing games
7. Dancing
Answer the following questions:
1. Is it healthy to ride the elevator when we could have taken the stairs?
2. Is it healthy for us to play ball, run, skip and swim?
3. Is it healthy to lie in a settee and watch television?
