Rest time: the foundation of performance
Rest is very important. Sleep is the best kind of rest.
 After you wake up your brain and body feel refreshed and you are ready to work and play.
 Every child needs eight hours of sleep each day.
If you do not get enough rest the following consequences will happen:

Your bodies need at least eight hours of sleep every day.
You are growing and to keep healthy you need rest exercise and to eat
healthy.
You do a lot of work throughout the day and so your bodies need time to
rest although they might not feel tired.
 This is how some people get sick they just work and work without getting any rest. 
Your brain needs to relax your body needs to relax to get back the energy. Even animals rest.
