Water is very important to life. The water that falls from the sky as rain is part of a continuous cycle. Rain is vital to life on earth, without it plants, animals and people would die. When rain falls water collects in seas, rivers, ponds, lakes, ocean and wells. When the sun comes out it heats up this water, it evaporates. The evaporated water forms clouds and eventually condenses and charges back to rain. This process is called the Water Cycle. When there is no rain for a very long time. We say we are experiencing drought. Water is life so we should not waste it as we cannot do without it. Activity: Draw the Water Cycle
